This product series is composed of several high performance Industrial Maid oil mist eliminators, which set the standard for the machining industry, providing a level of performance that is unrivaled, as well as proven solutions that are suitable for the collection of all plant's oil mist, along with smoke and grinding dust. The filters in this series are suitable for filtering unwanted mist, smoke and grit from your machining centers.
When taking into account the vertical configuration, the use of an impinger and a HEPA final filter option make the system a very efficient one, when it comes to both oil mist and smoke particles. Note that the models are available in both standard sizes, with a CFM that ranges from 500 to 8,000. At the same time, the direct drive high efficiency inclined blowers provide low cost service, helping extend the filter service life and keeping the motor out of the air stream. Finally, the manufacturer can also help you control the most and smoke from oil based coolants.
