LC adapter / fiber optic / glass / zirconia

The LC and SC adapters are designed in Zirconia sleeves, different colors are available depending on its mode, green for single mode APC, blue for single-mode PC and grey for multi-mode. The couplings connect the glass fiber connectors with the same or another connector types. Its standard has been approved by LC, SC, ST, and EIA/TIA for the compliance with IEC standard 61754-20, 61754-4, 61754-2. With its standardization procedure, this product will never be out and available in the market.

Coaxial connector / SMA - 12.4 GHz

SMA connectors are offered by TE connectivity specifically designed for performance of up to 18 GHz to fulfill the demanding need for SMA connectors in the wireless communications industry. The product line of SMA offers stainless steel bodies, and those made from non-ferrous metals. Also available are numerous plating choices which include Gold and White Bronze. The SMA interface is fully compatible with MIL-C-39012 while alternatively still creating choices on military (QPL) approved connectors, we manufactured a complete customized offer to the commercial Communications industry which includes: 3 piece flexible cable products for products for the known RG 316, 142 and RD 316 cable using industry standard HEX crimps. The SMA series meets the requirement for quality and performance by the commercial industry. This includes White Bronze plating which is highly resistant to wear and contains no ferrous metals, a finished design created to address the performance requirements of the telecommunications industry and displays excellent intermodulation characteristics.

Coaxial connector - max. 11 GHz, 50 Ω | AMP N series

TE Connectivity AMP N, medium-sized, connector is ideal for critical applications and environments. The connector features a 15.88 [5/8]- 24 threaded coupling for optimum stability and a captive center contact. AMP N with a constant impedance (50 ohms) can resist shock and vibration for a low noise level, and performs exceptionally at frequencies up to 11 GHz, with voltages to 1000 volts rms.

The connector provides an additional advantage of reducing the overall applied cost by using a labor-preserving two-crimp assembly. The contact is crimped to the cables center conductor, and both braid and cable support are simultaneously crimped for completing the termination.

N Series Connectors are available in standard plug, jack, panel jack, bulkhead jack and right-angle plug configurations.

Coaxial connector / electrically insulating / RF - 5 000 V | SHV series

SHV connectors are lightweight, weatherproof connectors designed to provide shielded disconnects for high-voltage applications up to 5,000 volts DC. They can be used with a wide range of small coaxial cables such as RG-58C, 59B, 62B, and 188.

For maximum operating performance, the SHV Connector has been designed to comply with the National Bureau of Standards' specification ND-545. In addition, the connector meets all specifications for the NIM standard high-voltage connector of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. This connector has non-consistent impedance characteristics and features polarized center contacts which are recessed in the dielectric. The connector also has bayonet-locking coupling similar to BNC connectors; however, the SHV connector will not intermate with the standard bayonet-type connector.

To reduce unit cost, the center contact of the plug is crimped to the center conductor prior to assembly. With the crimped contact inserted to the plug, a ferrule is simply dressed over the braid, then crimped to the complete assembly.

Panel or bulkhead solder jacks can be pre-positioned in a panel or bulkhead, since no crimping is preparation is required.

BNC connector - 50 - 75 Ω

Providing highly reliable quick connect and disconnect coaxial connections, the TE Connectivity BNC RF connector family is fitted with bayonet locking coupling. Their exclusive single and O crimp termination design allows for positive insulation grip whereby soldering is not required, so lowering the cost.

The connectors come in 50-ohm and 75-ohm varieties, and different styles like cable plugs and jacks, adapters, printed circuit board connectors and various crimp type terminations. They have field replaceable and twist on styles too. They can be fused to work with coaxial cables and industry standard connectors per MIL-C- 39012 specifications. There are low-cost options too.

Coaxial connector / miniature - max. 7 GHz, 50 - 75 Ω | TNC series

The TNC RF connector group with TE Connectivity has threaded couplings, provides low noise levels and maximum stability, and can handle the often present shock and vibration in hostile environments. 50 and 75 ohm versions are both available, these connectors feature many styles including cable plugs and jacks, adapters and printed circuit board connectors. a wide range of coaxial cables are accepted by these connectors and are also intermateable with industry standard connectors purposed to MIL-C-39012 specifications. Reduced application time and lower applied costs are brought on by single crimp connectors. This is done by utilizing AMP one-crimp operation equipment which dually terminates the inner conductor, outer braid, and cable support with one calculated movement.
Low cost alternatives with a commercial type product line are also supplied. These connectors are designed around the mil specifications, offering mechanical and electrical performance comparable to the former.
