The EnviroMax enclosures are made to provide protection against the potentially hazardous fumes, vapors and odors. They can connect to the present ventilation or to an appropriate exhaust blower. The enclosures are available in the sizes 4', 5', 6% 8' w/c/e by 30" & 36"deep and 46" high. Their layout is 30" & 36" deep to pass through the entrance door for easy on-site setup. They feature a vent duct size to airflow requirements while the pre-wired electrical connection is provided to a single point junction box. The side and rear walls of the enclosures are made up of a clear acrylic or tempered glass. Their work surface and support benches and cabinets are sized to suit some specifications. They provide an environment free of contamination for sensitive processes.

The EnviroMax is specifically engineered to meet critical clean specifications by isolating equipment and procedures. The superstructure features a welded steel framework, with chemical-resistant white powder coated finish. Side and rear walls are made out of clear acrylic or tempered glass.

The front comes equipped with horizontal slide windows, complete with air outlet slots on sides, and front to maintain positive pressure. HEPA filters are ceiling-mounted in the enclosure, and designed to maintain a minimum of class 100 environment. HEPA filters are 99.99% efficient at .3 micron HEPA filter module has an integral fan, prefilter, and speed control. Fluorescent lighting is provided, switches are located on the front post.

The EnviroMax provides an economical and flexible work space that exceeds extreme contamination requirements. All electrical components are U.L.-listed.
