CRUMA vertical laminar flow hood with ISO Class 5 air purity creates a sterile environment free of particles and/or microorganisms that ensures the reliability of any test inside the hood. It incorporates a HEPA H-14 absolute filter whose minimum efficiency is of 99.995% for particles of 0.3 μm, and a 15W UV germicide lamp designed to decontaminate the hood before and after each use.

Cruma has updated the cabinet with the latest techniques for a better protection of the samples. In compliance with the EN-1822, DIN-24184, US St-209, ISO-14644, EN-ISO 90001:2000.

It includes new important technical features in order to satisfy the operator in his everyday task and his protection at work, taking care of
the environment as well. All this with the same quality as always and up to 5 year guarantee.

CRUMA vertical laminar flow hood with ISO Class 5 air purity creates a sterile environment free of particles and/or microorganisms that ensures the reliability of any test inside the hood. The horizontal laminar airflow cabinet provides a clean and sterile environment, allowing safe handling for the operator and the environment.

Equipment made of stainless steel 304L
Blowing plenum is perfectly tight, equipped with HEPA filters.
A horizontal class 100 (or class ISO5) air flow maintains a positive pressure in the area, captures the airborne particles and guide them towards the recirculation duct
Ventilation is mounted on the top part between blowing plenum and recirculation duct, then guides the air in the upper part
An air inlet outside the blowing area creates a positive pressure in the clean area.

A vertical laminar air flow class ISO 5 with a partial air recycling protects the weighing / dispensing / sampling booth
An air flow blowing ultra clean air into the surrounding room from one extremity of the blowing plenum via a grille at the front of the booth and an air flow sucking and recirculating the air of the booth create together a negative pressure within the area, avoiding any cross contamination
Blowing plenum, equipped with the HEPA filters, perfectly airtight
Recirculation duct with prefilters, ventilation plenum with fan, control panel, a table on request

This temperature chamber is equipped with a non-oxidizing gas intake structure that fills the chamber up with gases such as CO2 or N2. Suitable for heat treatment or temperature characteristics testing under low oxygen concentration atmosphere.

Hermetically sealed configuration
The chamber is hermetically sealed to decrease oxygen inside the chamber. The inner stainless steel plate is seamless welded with argon gas.

O2 concentration indicator controller (optional)
An optional O2 concentration indicator controller equipped with an oxygen sensor is available. It allows precise regulation of the O2 level throughout the range 0.5 to 21% (using N2).

M-Instrumentation features programs with up to 20 steps
Suitable for a range of applications from temperature characteristics testing to heat treatment and drying. Programmed operation now allows storing ten patterns, each up to twenty steps. Provides a wide range of functions, including temperature ramp settings and a maximum of 999 repeat cycles.
