GNEUSS'S DAI is a melt pressure transducer that has been fitted with an integrated amplifier to equip industries with highly efficient pressure sensors.

The series renders easy configurations and highly stable output signals to provide resistance to common interference when used over long distances. With its tamper proof electronics, it doesn't damage easily even with an incorrect wiring configuration, contributing to the cost efficiency of the equipment. It's easy to operate with its convenient interface that enables an Auto-Zero Function.

Fitted with the latest in membrane technology and coated with a G-coating for adhesive material resistance, the DAI is proven highly reliable and durable.

The DAIH heavy duty sensor is a melt pressure transmitter that is especially designed with a heavy-duty sensor tip and a reinforced diaphragm for use with highly abrasive media. This sensor is ideal for polymer processing applications as it has good resistance characteristics against abrasive and high viscosity media.

Cost-efficient, three- and four-wire technologies are offered with good wiring, which prevents damage caused due to incorrect wiring configurations. The new membrane technology is used in these sensors to deliver highly reliable results. To counteract adhesive materials and sticky media, the sensor is coated with a standard G-coating and treated with a special Gneuss diaphragm surface treatment.
