Melt pressure transducer / for extruders - 400 °C | DAIH
The DAIH heavy duty sensor is a melt pressure transmitter that is especially designed with a heavy-duty sensor tip and a reinforced diaphragm for use with highly abrasive media. This sensor is ideal for polymer processing applications as it has good resistance characteristics against abrasive and high viscosity media.Cost-efficient, three- and four-wire technologies are offered with good wiring, which prevents damage caused due to incorrect wiring configurations. The new membrane technology is used in these sensors to deliver highly reliable results. To counteract adhesive materials and sticky media, the sensor is coated with a standard G-coating and treated with a special Gneuss diaphragm surface treatment.
