Filters fluorometer - max. 1 100 nm | 62 series

The 62 series by Jenway is a Filter fluorometer which comes in three fluorimeter models that covers a wide range of applications. For a specific model such as 6280, it is ideal for application the requires sensitive determination having an emission wavelengths of 650 nm. Another model would be 6285 which features its red enhanced detector is the unit that can be an optional choice. On the other hand, the 6270 is the compatible model for less sensitive application having a wide wavelength of 1100 nm. All these models come with a press to read operation and Total Energy Transfer (TET) technology which uses a high energy xenon lamp. Also, each of the unit has a standard curve and kinetic functions which is compatible for DataWay PC software.

Spectrofluorometer - 400 - 1600 nm, 160 - 900 nm | HALCYONE

HALCYONE of ULTRAFAST SYSTEM is designed for fluorescence measurement. The system incorporates a fluorescence spectrometer and a time correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) instrument. Its spectral range in the upconversion mode is 400-1600 nm and in the TCSPC mode is 160-650 nm or 260-900 nm. The time window in the upconversion mode is 3.3 ns and in the TCSPC mode is more than 1 ms. The intrinsic time resolution in the upconversion mode is 7 fs standard with 2 fs optional. The TCSPC mode features 200 ps.
It works in reflection mode with liquid and solid samples. It is easy to switch it between the two modes without having any changes in the optical setup. The automatic adjustment of SFG crystal angle can be controlled by computer spectral and kinetic scanning for 3D data surfaces that feature software HALCYONETM 3.x and SURFACE XPLORERTM (data processing). The standard fluorescence anisotropy dimensions and the spectral range (UV-NIR) with board monitoring system has 2D translator sample holder for solid samples. It is perfect to use in the photophysics, photochemistry, photobiology and cell biology, materials science, nano-science, transient spectrometry and many more areas.

Spectrofluorometer - FluoroMax

With unmatched sensitivity and unparalleled flexibility, the FluoroMax series is designed to meet all of your labs experimental needs for fluorescence investigations.

Today the FluoroMax series consists of the FluoroMax-4, the latest generation of the original, high performance tabletop fluorometer, and the new FluoroMax Plus, which offers extended performance with Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) lifetime measurements as short as 25 ps, or detection of emission spectra out to 1650 nm.

FluoroMax-based solutions are available for measuring solid and liquid samples,
with high throughput screening, cryogenic or elevated temperatures, absolute
quantum yields, microliter volumes, stopped flow mixing or titration, and even micron scale measurements using a microscope. With the industrys most extensive list of accessories, the FluoroMax series offers unparalleled flexibility to meet all of your labs experimental needs.

Spectrofluorometer - FluoroLog

The FluoroLog is a modular system that enables the user to interchange a wide variety of computer-controlled accessories to meet with the characteristics of a given specimen. The unit is suitable for use in fundamental and applied research in different kinds of fields such as nanotechnology, photochemistry and elements science. The model has a very sensitivity of 20,000:1 RMS. It also has a spectral range from UV up to NIR.

The FluoroLog incorporates optics that are reflective, thus making the specimen in focus at all wavelengths. Its interchangeable accessories includes spectrometers, detectors, and as well as sources. The unit also has the capacity to detect 50-femtomolar fluorescein. The FluoroLog is manufactured by Horiba.
