The Pegasus GC-HRT is a time-of-flight mass spectrometer with a high resolution and high performance capabilities. Maximum efficiency can be achieved with fast acquisition speeds, superior relative isotopic abundance, high mass accuracy, and mass resolution over a broad dynamic concentration range. The mass spectral resolving power this device can achieve is in excess of 10,000 at full width. It is capable of unequivocally indentifying impurities for analytical chemists in fields such as pharmaceutical, food safety, environmental containments, petroleum, etc. With the use of LECO’s Folded Flight Path technology, high-confidence analyte identification is available. This technology enables a 50,000 FWHM resolution, with acquisition rates reaching 200 spectra per second and less than 1-ppm of mass accuracy. Patented KADAS technology allows for signal acquisition, as it provides high-value output under the most extreme acquisition conditions.
