In terms of the installation speed, this is one of the fastest devices on the market - the with the 1/4 diameter BobTail fastener installing in less than 1 second while the 16mm fastener installs in just 2 seconds. This is at least twice as fast as any other fastener on the market! Some other outstanding features include: reduced material waste, low installation noise, no pin-tail or pin-break, high corrosion resistance, and high fatigue strength thread.
The lower tool maintenance costs and the smooth, shock free installation sequence prevent jolts to the operator's arm and hands. The unique helical lock groove holds everything in place prior to installation and the installation indicator allows for easy visual inspection. The same tooling can be used for installation and removal with just a quick change out of the nose assembly.
