The MR-J4 series from Mitsubishi Electric are servo systems that have been specifically designed using four user-centric, past-revering future-embracing key concepts which are Ecology, Heritage, Human, and Machine. It is capable of having a high frequency response of up to 2500Hz that minimizes setting time. It utilizes high speed fiber optic SSCNETIII per hour 150Mbps motion network as well as a one-touch auto tuning function that has a real time adaptive load control for its tuning algorithms. It also has a 22 bit resolution system thanks to its AC servomotors that incorporates incremental or absolute encoders that had 4 million pulses per rev. Its design is energy efficient and comes in 200Vand 400V from 50W-22kW models.

The J3s high torque motor has a capacity range of 50W to 55kW, and is able to operate at up to 6,000rpm whilst establishing a speed frequency response of 2,100Hz. This unit is 20% smaller than the previous model, yet it has a higher resolution of 262 and a 144ppr mounted encoder for operational stability even at reduced speeds. This motor utilizes the Mitsubishi Electric Automations original model adaptive control and the constantly-evolving automatic tuning function for precision tuning.

This motor also features an advanced vibration control suppressor that limits its noise and vibration output. The J3s motor runs on the MR-Configurator Windows™ software package, and comes with beneficial features such as an advanced machine analyzer and a software oscilloscope.

EtherCAT servo-amplifier / compact - 0.1 - 22 kW | MR-J3

Mitsubishi Electric's MR-J3 EtherCAT Series consists of particular models, such as the MR-J3-xxA-RJ158. It is primarily an AC servo drive developed for high-speed and high-efficiency connectivity to the Mitsubishi Electric servo amplifiers by means of EtherCAT communication functions. The MR-J3-xxA-RJ158 first connects with the pre-requisite construct for standard EtherCAT connectivity, the MR-J3-T04 unit (this unit also boxes the EtherCAT interface RJ45 connectors). Once this has been achieved, the technology may now connect to EtherCAT master commands via CoE, or CANopen parameters.

The drive itself is capable of running management modes such as home positioning, standard position, and speed. This new model is ideal for material handling applications, machine tooling functions, packaging situations, textile, printing, and automotive purposes, and many more.
