The Megaflex series comprises of polyurethane timing transmission belts that are constructed in thermoplastic polyurethane material and with continuous spiral steel cords. They are suitable for power transmission and the transferring of loads with a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm. Due to its nylon coated teeth, running characteristics of the belt during production are enhanced making the belt ideal for applications with minimized noise frictional coefficient. The coating has an added thickness making the back part of the belt heavily protected against aggressive and heavy materials. The Megaflex series is available in lengths ranging from 1.500 to 22.700 mm.

The addition of a nylon coating on the teeth on the back of the belt during production enhances the running properties for specific applications. The body of the belts is white thermoplastic polyurethane 92 ShA, characterized by high levels of wear resistance, even in presence of shock and surge loading.
