The extremely compact design ETP-EXPRESS with only one screw for pressurizing is extremely suitable in fast and accurate re-positioning of the hub. The screw tightened in the radial direction uses no space along the shaft for mounting tools. The shaft can be mounted with other components all the way up to the flange. ETP-EXPRESS is built of a double-walled hardened steel sleeve filled with a pressure medium and a flange. The flange part comprises of a screw and piston with seals to maintain pressure. On tightening of pressure screw, the double-walled sleeve expands uniformly against shaft and hub which creates a rigid joint. The screws are loosened for dismantling. ETP-EXPRESS returns to its original dimensions and can be dismantled easily.

The ETP-POWER hydraulic connection consists of a flange and a sleeve filled with a uniquely developed pressure medium. The sleeve is constructed with double-walled hardened steel. The flange consists of a screw and piston with seals for pressure maintenance. Mounting and dismounting are simple processes, as they require only one screw. There are two pre-machined bores in the flange that can be used for screws to a hub, mounting positioning pins, etc. The tightening of the pressure screw causes the double-walled sleeve to expand uniformly against the shaft and hub, which creates a rigid joint. When dismantled, the device returns to its original dimensions.

Maintenance and service are easy because of the simple way of dismantling. The ETP-classic comprises a double-walled hardened steel sleeve filled with a specially chosen pressure medium, sealing ring, piston, pressure flange and clamping screws. During the tightening of the screws, the sleeve expands uniformly against the hub and the shaft forming a rigid joint. During the loosening of the screws, the sleeve is back to its original measurements and can be dismantled easily.
