Sandvik offers a plethora of top notch standard pulleys along with a wide choice of laggings. Specially engineered pulleys can be ordered for demanding and heavy duty applications. These are tailor made to provide class leading performance, operating economy and service life. The Sandvik light duty pulleys are available in two significant designs and a broad range of sizes. For drive pulley models, the shell is bolstered to the shaft with the help of an extremely self centralizing and precise locking assembly.
In bend pulley and tail end models, the shell is designed to rotate around the shaft on high quality bearings that are secured within deep drawn end caps. The overall design of these units renders excellent stress relief and a three times increase in load bearing capacity when compared to traditional welded pulleys. Sandvik medium duty pulleys are geared towards medium duty and can be had in three significant designs and an extensive choice of sizes. The tail ended and drive pulleys are available in locking element and welded designs as well.
