Electromagnetic hysteresis brake - 1 - 24 N.m, max. 25 000 rpm, max. 5 300 W | AHB series

The AHB series is a range of compressed-air-cooled hysteresis brakes manufactured by Magtrol. When torque control/torque measurement must be operated at the highest possible power, Magtrol AHB Series Hysteresis Brakes can be used.

Passages running through the brakes permits compressed air cooling, which provides optimum heat dissipation. This construction permits simultaneous power ratings of up to 3000 watts, or 5300 watts intermittent.

Use of the pre-loaded bearings permits operation at speeds of up to 25,000 rpm for an extended duration.
