These Linear modules incorporate various mechanical, electronic and electrotechnical components in a linear axis. The Rexroth compact module has a drive unit and controller paired together. This is a plug and play unit so starting it up will not be a challenge. It works in mid-range, high-end assemblies and has linear motion axes that may be used with a screw drive, belt drive or even a direct linear motor drive. It supports high loads and is very rigid.
Available for more stroke lengths, the CKK model can be up to 2.2mm in length and 1.3m/s in speed. It can hold 89.34N at the most and uses a toothed-belt drive. The CKR has a length up to 5.5mm and a speed up to 5m/s and may hold 56.53N at a time.

The eLINE eCKK and eCKR Compact Modules offer simple selection, assembly and start-up for those using them. These devices come from Rexroth. 16 programmable positions are available on the positioning control of this machine. They also come with a pre-mounted stepping motor.
The simple-to-use communications software offers pre-configured parameter files that can be used to help facilitate an easy start up. Communications with high-level control systems are possible using digital inputs on the eLINE Compact Modules.
The devices do not require an additional computer and can work alone if need be. A teach function is present which allows users to enter destination positions. Users can also manually operate the device's linear systems. These products have Rexroth's standard main dimensions and connections dimensions to make them compatible with the maker's other products.

The camoLINE combines various drive technologies with one application in building a handling system that meets your needs. The system is composed of electric linear axes such as CKK and CKR, a pneumatic mini slide MSC, rotary compact modules RCM and grippers GSP. It is standardized with positive-locking connection elements and a standardized system for installation of cable drag chain. It also has servo motors and stepping motors with matching controllers, a kit for connection to base frame and aluminum profiles for constructing frames. The system offers a very high accuracy because of the positive-locking connections.
