The Logos SCH machine center is automatically operated and integrated with computer numerical control. This system allows for high performance with cycles of milling, tenoning, profiling, drilling, etc…, as well as for the production of windows with solid wood. The machine handles and positions each work-piece automatically, and does not require manual intervention. It works by means of electrically controlled clamping units and manipulators. With its double work-piece conveying system, it can process two work-pieces simultaneously in the drilling, milling, and tenoning phases. An alternating head process carries out every machining phase automatically. There is a possibility for four work-pieces to be machined simultaneously by means of four motors working in the splitting mode for the outer profile and inner profile. The maximum number of controlled axes is 24.
