The Zenith of CNC turning machines is AVM-ZENIT with its double spindle, 9 axis control and ergonomically built work space. The monolithic main base is made of cast iron supports two slide ways constituting the upper and lower beds as well as its head stock housing spindle and roller bearings. In between the upper and lower beds, there exists a cast-iron subspindle with a separate slide way. The slide ways host a fast-indexing servo-controlled 12-position turret (VDI30 or 40). The body is designed with a slight slant and spacious work space. Also, it has controls which are provided in a fashion to aid the operator in comfortable loading, unloading, inspection and maintenance.
