These applications bargain with squares, barrel gearbox housings, chamber heads, knuckles, and so on. Rotary transfer compact machines
These machines are used for grinding, polishing, deburring and microfinishing processes of a great variety of parts.
Transport line
The table can have continuous or indexed rotation and the working heads are mounted on the chassis. The workpiece spindles may either be driven by independent motors or all together at the same time. The standard diameter of the table would be up to 2500 mm with capacity for up to 72 workpiece spindles in continuous rotation or 12 workpiece spindles if indexed.
The workpiece spindle rotation and the table rotation are variable and electronically controlled without steps.
Working head
The working heads are designed to be assembled on the chassis, constituting a compact installation for remote adjustment and control; they incorporate mechanisms which depend on the work to be performed and the automation level, such as oscillation, height adjustment, orientation and positioning of the buffs. The are pneumatically floating and compensate electronically the buff wear. There are several versions depending on the required power and robustness
Complementary equipment
This installation may be adapted for dry or wet execution and it may be equiped with the following accessories:
- Automatic loading and unloading of parts
- Insulation enclosure
- Device to turn the parts over, ready to process another side
- Double turn of the table
- Cam follower device.
