Central pneumatic carriage for forward motion on hardened steel guides and recirculation ball screw slides. Equipped with pneumatic grippers chucks.
3 positions working with pneumatic locking pliers.
2 cut off units complete with circular blade.
4 electro-pneumatic drilling units, which are adjustable longitudinally on guides and roller bearing.The chuck or the multiple spindler head with fixed center axis are mounted directly on the motor, and are adjustable transversally along the sliding guides, by means of screw and adjustable flywheel.

Specifically designed to execute milling, drilling and threading tasks on single parts in a quick, reliable and efficient way without any time-consuming programming. After a very short initial training, operators are able to efficiently operate the machine even without previous programming knowledge.
