The significant features of the T100 DIGIT 1 AXIS bending press include a rugged electro welded work table, perfectly designed with a cylinder place underneath it. Adding to this, this model is equipped with a forged steel carriage complete with dual slides, which are appropriately hardened, shielded and grounded by dust scrapers. Adjustment can be made via CN electronic positioner model Clock 2. This unit is appointed with 35 touch screen keyboard , 16 x 2 characters LED, punch X axis stroke and Y axis stroke side gauge postiioner, LCD monitor with high resolution, choice of 5 languages for configuration purposes, and a program selector such as automatic, semiautomatic or manual.

The T100 Super is manufactured by Simasv, and is a bending press that features an electro-welded workbench. The workbench has been dimensioned to work with loads twice of the characteristic of the equipment to prevent distortion. It also features a micrometric stroke configuration function that is regulated by a hydraulic valve. This function enables constant configuration of the punch operating stroke, and optimum degree of accuracy to attain the specified bending angle.
The T100 Super has a carriage made of alloy steel, and travels on large guides that are tempered and ground. The guides are equipped with lubrication channels and a particular dust scraper. It also has an oil-hydraulic cylinder that has been developed for moderate pressure to guarantee optimal balance.
