The AP 250 is manufactured by Alfra, and is a punching tool that has been specifically developed to be use in rapidly punching out round, square, rectangular or particular forms without pilot drilling. The unit is ideal for use in producing a wide variety of objects which includes control cabinet doors, terminal boxes, cable ducts, housings, and as well as cable guiding plates.
The AP 250 can utilize different kinds of die holders, and folding stops to enable it to punch in rows. The model has a rated outreach of up to 250 mm with a stop, and up to 265 mm without a stop. Its punching stroke is lesser than or equal to 265 mm. The unit is capable of delivery a punching force of up to 46 kN at 600 bar.

The AP 400 is a machine used for punching out round, square, rectangular or special forms within a short period of time. This operation is achieved without any pilot drilling and is applicable in control cabinet doors, terminal boxes, cable ducts, housings, cable guiding plates, and the like. The tools can be exchanged quickly in case of problems with through-hole variants.
The machine can be used on a movable frame. Different die holders can also be used for punching in extreme edges. Attachable folding stops enable the punching of materials in rows. An optional laser pointer offers no scribing and no center punching.
The model has a 400-mm and outreach with stop, but for an outreach without stop, it can reach 430 mm.
