The continuous finishing vibrators have been designed specially to work continuously. Its main purpose is to continue the process in one cycle by feeding the workpieces in the loading cycles. If you want to remove slight burrs or something like degreasing oily parts, these machines can do the trick for you in a very short processing time. Our province of continuous machines can freely be integrated toward continuous manufacturing systems for magnitude output. Machines of the AV range are used for the deburring pupose. They are also used for degreasing of parts that are mass produced. They are put to use for the processing of large workpieces such as oil pans and cylinder head covers. The MC machines are used for light deburring.

The TFM, TVM series is a range of trough vibrators that are made for the finishing of mid to large size parts. In the trough units, the delicate can be clamped with special fixtures or processed individually in separate chambers with special dividers. This type of processing avoids impingement and parts damage in times of the finishing process. The vibrators are characterized by their robustness and low acquisition costs. They are fitted for ball burnishing and pressure deburring. The VN series optimizes ceramic or plastic processing media. It is comprised of electrical controls and a liquid compound dosing system.

From wing spars for mammoth aircraft to small parts that can be finished by the thousands in a single load, this uniquely flexible method produces exceptionally fine results, particularly in processing parts with blind or recessed areas. The machine’s variable speed and adjustable eccentric weights can be closely adjusted to vary the vibratory forces to exacting degrees. This permits action ranging from very aggressive to remove heavy burrs — to extremely gentle action for fragile parts. End discharge machines can be supplied to be used either manually or fully automatic and can be combined with material handling systems to be utilized in a fully automatic systems approach.

Giant Finishing FT Series is our larger scale vibratory deburring equipment and parts finishing system. The Flo-Thru features our Balanced Suspension Drive for those high volume vibratory finishing applications.
This system is ideal for the facility that is looking to setup in-line production for a continuous flow of parts. Allowing the operator on one end of the finishing equipment to drop parts on a conveyor then receive parts on constant basis on the other end.
Essentially we give you the option to have a very complex yet very flexible material handling system which allows for virtually no operator guidance, just push start and walk away. System can be set up for in line single operator use or no operator involvement at all by utilizing conveyors and other
material handling systems.
