The TT-NG-Series is a high quality tube and pipe cutting and bevelling unit which is considered as a very dependable and powerful machinery which provides a precise cutting method and technique. The unit is specifically constructed to function in heavy wall tubes and pipes. It is a robust machine which may be installed in a wide variety of positions. The split frame configuration integrated within the device enables the opening of 2 half-shells. The manual clamping 4 independent adjustable jaws are used in the process. The machine is built with a rear centering feature and a fully enclosed drive gears for the operators' security. The TT-NG pipe cutting machine is highly provided with an ovality copying slide which is capable of correcting the defects of ovality of tubes and pipes.

The PROTEM TTLW series tube cutting and bevelling device severs and bevels simultaneously. Its light weight and design enables it to be mounted easily on in-line piping system, tight places and can be reset with its turning ring rolling in adjustable bearings. It can cut up to 25.4mm wall on any material and bevel up to 20mm on carbon sheet, perform various wield joint designs including severance cut, both end, J, counterbore and compound beveling and socket weld removal. It has a split frame configuration, various tools from sizes 2-24, rugged low friction bearing system, adjustable counterbore module for accurate machining, completely geared powerful pneumatic or hydraulic drive for operator safety, and rugged tool holders.
