Belotti presents TRIM WJ/FLA WJ/CB 2 machining centers. The large-sized systems have been designed for abrasive and pure-water applications with 5 axis. These are widely used in aeronautical, automotive and mechanical applications. It is possible to customize the FLA, TRIM and CB2 machining centers using carousel loading/unloading systems.

These systems offer increased productivity and highest operator safety in both versions - Cartesian as well as anthropomorphic robot. They have a Cartesian design with a suspended bridge. Brushless motors that are coupled to precision gears are used for movements of axes. X-axis stroke is 1,600 mm at 80 m/min, Y-axis stroke is 1,200 mm at 80 m/min, Z-axis stroke is 700 mm at 60 m/min, A-axis stroke is 275 mm at 30 m/min, and C-axis stroke is 380 mm at 40 m/min.

The 1612 version is ideal for machining of small objects. And it assures of best performance in a limited space thanks to its compact design, bridge structure and the digital cn. The mkn version features a water jet cutting head.

The SM-800-WJ is a plotter for mechanized 2D or 3D water jet cutting applications. The model has a sturdy construction made of steel and aluminum that has been specifically developed to take on even demanding cutting operations. Motion is produced by a re-circulating ball screw mechanism with four servo motors. The servo motors have embedded electronics on the X, Y, and Z axes.

The SM-800-WJ can be installed with an intensifier pump with power ratings ranging from 15 HP up to 50 HP. The water jet beam with diameter that measures a fraction of a millimeter has the capacity to cut complex patterns on elements that are not appropriate for cutting with conventional tools. The worktop can be installed with a vacuum system to minimize humidity.

The SM-810-WJ is an innovative plotter and cutter that harnesses the power of water jet technology to cut a vast spectrum of hard materials such as granite, iron, marble, heavy rubber, ultra-hard plastics, steel, aluminum, glass, brass and all other materials that present great difficulty in cutting with traditionally available cutting methods. The materials are cut via a completely automated process in 2D as well as in 3D (optionally available).

The machine delivers outstanding excellence and precision in the cutting of ultra-complicated patterns on excessively hard materials owing to the precision water jet that incorporates a small diameter of just a fraction of a millimeter. The cutting process is accomplished under water which serves to eliminate release of dust, noise as well as sprays of water.

The machine incorporates the sophisticated and advanced technology of Water Level Control- WLC. The technology works by releasing and guiding an air bubble pneumatically in the expansion tank, by which the water level is lowered. The material to be cut is positioned on the cutting platform after which the water level is increased again. The cutting process is then begun under water.
