The TIPO B unit is an innovative and class leading solution today for plate fabrication for a wide range of different industries. The TIBO B has been designed to particularly offer all the necessary functions needed in plate fabrication. The most notable feature of the TIPO B unit system is its ability to initiate with raw materials and finishing with the end part after going through all the significant operations such as milling, drilling, marking, punching, scribing and crafting the part into the needed shape and size.
The CNC line version TIPO B comprises of a closed bridge press frame that is accommodated by a tool changer, drilling head, punching head, plasma cutting unit, marking unit and oxyfuel system that is able to process plates in the range of 6 mm to 100 mm in thickness and up to a maximum of 2540 mm in width. The outfeed and infeed conveyor are be customized with more sections of the conveyor.
