The ABS 280 B and 320 B series are manufactured by Knuth Machine Tools, and are automatic horizontal band saws that has an economical cutting solution. They have high productivity which are highly appropriate for automatic cutting to length of solid materials, tubes and profile sections, which are composed of steel, cast-iron, non-ferrous and light metals.

There are new helical gears which assure above-average service life and low maintenance, which have large size hydraulic cylinder that are utilized for constant quiet operation.

The HB 280 B and 320 BS series by Knuth Machine Tools is a semi-automatic miter horizontal band saw which comes with a coolant system and a rigid guide arms. For this unit, it comes with an infinitely variable cutting speed of about 20 to 100 m/min. Also, it uses hand break sensor which activates the automatic shut-off within band break. For continuous operation of the machine, it uses helical gears which enhances the life time and lowers its maintenance above average.
