The AF 100 by Ona Electro-Erosion is a high speed wire electrical discharge (wire EDM) machine which is designed for large die sinking EDM machines. Each unit is designed to have a modular structure that enables variation of configurations. The user can easily configure that unit for a great flexibility application. For manifold configuration of X, Y and Z travels, it has a 800, 1000, 1500 or 2000 mm for X travel and 600, 800, 1000 or 1300 mm for Y travel. For Z travel, it has a working size of 500, 600 or 700 mm. Plus, this tool can allow work pieces that weighs about 10,000 kg.

The machine is operated by controlled programming.The highest level of general development of device guarantees the best surface quality. Because of its highest process firmness it gives accurate cutting. The machine is equipped with TFT monitor with manual controls for direct programming and quick execution at the machine itself. It has a check up run option to test the machine before starting the process. Strong CAD/CAM software and E-pulse technology are installed in it for better performance. Three types of tools are there Stamps, Cones and Octagon. All three work on different specifications with different timing.
