The stackable aluminum universal container has a lid with stainless steel hinges and all-around foamed seal. It has cast-aluminum stacking corners, edge, lid and base profile frames made of fully welded sections for high stability. The profile-section joints was fully welded. The snap fashers can be secured with a plug lock, lead seals, protection against bursting open or a padlock (max. shackle thickness 6mm). It also has ergonomic heavy-duty sprung drop handles and corner beads for additional dimensional stability. The clearance dimensions is approximately 30mm less than inside dimensions. It can matched to pallet dimensions according to DIN 15 141.

This line of transport and storage containers is manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminum, increasing durability and reliability. All containers are in accordance with TL 8115-0047 and are sturdy, stacking, steam-tight containers with an IP67 level of tightness. The lid is removable and has an all-round seal, and the spring fasteners used with these containers are self-locking.

ZARGES collapsible containers are used for cost efficient transportation and packaging. They are based on the "big out, small in" principle. These containers have a maximum capacity of 1000 L based on their design and size. Collapsing the boxes can be easily done by one person. Handling is easy because of their interlocked profiles with locking devices on the side parts and floor pan. They are equipped with side protection profiles. They are highly stable due to the three profile sets on the outer walls. Folding ratio is 1:3. A swing-type hinge securely fastens the lid to the rear wall. The self-locking fasteners make them ideal for shackle locking or lead seals. They are ideal for roller conveyors. There is 15 mm free space when the box is collapsed.
