The machine is equipped with a TELESCOPIC MAST PAT, that reaches up to 2350mm in height , and with a 100% POWER PRESTRETCH SYSTEM PAT fitted as standard (1 m = 2 m), that grants a high-quality pallet-wrapping and a good saving of stretch film in quality and quantity. It is possible to further adjust the film tension through a potentiometer . This robotic pallet-wrapper is driven by twin independent electric motors powered by self-propelled batteries which are maintenance free that is they need no fill and can be recharged through a onboard power set from a standard 230 V power supply when not in use. The machine is able to wrap at about 60 - 80 EUR-pallets of medium height before recharging; it is evident that the number of wrapped pallet depends on the pallet dimensions.

It is equipped with a microprocessor logic board that offers 6 distinct pre-programmable memorized configurations. It is featured with a simple and maintenance-friendly film feed device and is equipped with a unique vacuum/mechanical opening system.

In addition, the Multi FleX1 packaging solution is made up with with a multiplicity of load sizes which can be wrapped in one machine. The Multi Flex XL for large loads Mega packaging are specifically designed and manufactured for the wrapping of large loads meant especially for applications including insulation batches, gypsum boards and corrugated boxes. The machine is equipped with features for wrapping loads ranging from 500x500mm to up to 3200 length x 1500 width mm including products with a maximum height of 3000 mm. They have the capability to produce wrapped products at a speed of up to 150 loads an hour depending on the height and size of products.
The Multi Flex XL is much similar to the Power Flex T1 and the Multi FleX1 with respect to their technical functionalities. For instance, the Multi Flex XL is also equipped with the patented film unwinding during stretch patent (EP 1 184 281),in order to eliminate thin and fragile film on the corners of the stretch hood wrapped load.An approximately 30% thicker film can be made on the corners of the load eliminating the formation of "pouches" on the corners. The system is capable of saving 10% of the film consumption simultaneously.

Shrink film pallet wrapping machine - Combi Flex
