The case sealers are capable of sealing standard slotted cases as well as the advanced Otor cases, like Otor 4 and Otor 8 with centering devices. These are also useful for bag-in-box cases such as OTOR 4, OTOR 8 and OTOR rond. Customers can choose from a variety of options. Examples include reverse fold sequence, short or overlapping flaps, cases with handles, and centering devices.
The sealers provide a top-quality closure and ideal squaring. They can be easily adjusted for fast format changes.

The GEM X 520/670/820, constructed by Ferplast, is an automated self-dimensioning carton sealer made for top and bottom sealing of different boxes. If it is combined with the entrance and the exit conveyors, it can be used by non-specialist staff. It can also operate in lines- which are not controlled by operatives- whenever it is combined with automated units for centring and regulating the flow of boxes.
The boxes are fed through the use of two lower side drive belts operated by a single motor. The regulations for the various formats are carried out automatically.
