Our Top Load cartoner allows shaping packaging in cardboard from flat blanks, introducing automatically products thanks to one or several (up to 5) tripod robots and closing the carton that can be either wrap, 4 glued corners or display.
In order to facilitate the operators work, but also to reduce downtimes between two productions, changes of grippers and formats are easily carried out and within few minutes.
To meet the compactness needs, the Top Load cartoner has been developed in only one single module: cartons are shaped, filled and closed in the same module.
Thanks to a totally continuous work and a possible picking and laying with tracking, the cartoner can reach cadences up to 70 cartons per minute according to the type of products.
Products packaging:
- Singly or over-wrapped
- Laid flat
- On edge (with the possibility to pick a laid flat product and to lay it on edge)
- Single or multi layers
- Single or multi rows
