The Automatic capper EB3000 is used in screwing and capping of caps, pumps and spray. It is manufactured with a frame that is made of stainless steel 304 materials. An access door is also incorporated. Through the use of a brushless motor, controls for the height adjustment and screwing equipment can be facilitated. The machine is also built with a photocell feature. This can be employed in handling the containers presence and possible jam on the machine exit. It is available in two different versions varying on its operation use.

The EB6000 is a wheel type cap tightener which is suitable for triggers, screw and spray caps types. Its belts drive the containers while the three sets of wheels screw the caps. The electronic frequency converters enables the speed to be adjusted.
The unit can tight up to 5.000 bottles in every hour. It features almost zero maintenance because every mechanical parts are life-time lubricated. The changeover takes five up to ten minutes without change components.
This product is adjustable to any conveyor. It provides a stainless steel 304 frame and a plastic control cabinet.
The power supply of the unit is 220 V single phase.

This air-operated capper and corker by STARCAP is a fully innovative machine, with a patented design and solid construction, which makes it useful for corking and capping of synthetic caps with a diameter of 25mm, as well as a height of 45mm.
