This affordable Milltronics BW100 economical integrator is useful in conjunction with belt scales. Belt scales that are single or dual strain gauge load cell-based are easily used with this integrator.
Flow rate and totalized weight of bulk solids can be measured by the speed sensor. This helps to balance the weigh bridge load cells and provide excellent precision. Uneven lateral loading does not affect this system. This means that load cell matching or mechanical balancing is no longer required.
The potential for human error is greatly reduced by the presence of a large backlit display which showcases a bar graph comparing current rate to full scale.

The Milltronics BW500 and BW500/L are can both operate with speed sensors and belt scales. However, the first model is also useful for weigh feeders and the second can be used in weigh belt applications. Precise flow rate and complete bulk solid rates are provided by the processed belt load and speed signals. A lower level of control functions than are traditionally handled by other devices can be managed by the BW500 model.
Common industrial communication buses are supported by this device. Matching load cells are no longer needed due to this device's proven load cell balance function. Shearing weigh feeders can be rate controlled using the PID function on these devices, as long as belt loading is constant.
The PID feature can also control pre-feeding devices. Ratio blending and controlling additives is possible using the BW500 in conjunction with two or more weigh feeders. The BW500 has batching, load out and alarm functions as well.
