Conair ResinWorks are systems that give a different level of manufacturing efficiency. They have consolidated the preconditioning and resin handling into the central area, which is why the material changes can happen safely, cleanly and quickly, away from the processing machine. It also features a simplified de-humidification system.

In the heart of the ResinWorks system, multiple hoppers are supplied, pre-wired, pre-plumbed and then connected to the dehumidifying dryer. This setup gives maximum productivity and superior drying. Individual sleds can also be connected to form a centralized and efficient drying area.

Conair's DustBeater (DB) series self-contained vacuum material loaders are useful for transferring pelletized and regrind materials to a bin, hopper, or processing machine.

For conveying lower volumes up to 200 lbs/hr, the DB8 is ideal.

For a hassle free loading, the TLA Tube Loader is an ideal option. Applying compressed air technique, this product is capable of handling bulking materials such as gaylords, drums and bins. The materials, thereafter, are placed on the Tube Loader body, which in turn can be placed over an vessel. A state of the art filter assembly enables it to separate the specific materials from conveying air stream. A wide body and absence of discharge valve allows the materials to flow gently. There is also a fitted demand sensor in this product which instructs the TLA about the loading and the full capacity status. The material flow at the output is adjusted easily according to the parameters such as the conveying distance, the air conversion and the net throughput.
