The Mold carriers for KraussMaffei oval conveyor are specifically designed low-maintenance and user-friendly systems. Due to the number of mold carrier drives present, it has brought an easy access to the systems. The floor-level design also brings more convenience and improvement to the ergonomics. The systems are also specifically designed with a shallow pitch that allows a higher output of parts at a low-conveying speed. The mold-carriers present in the system are supplied with air through their central air feed, and the injection units for heat-balanced water which travels within the system permits the act of free operation.The electrical power and the data are transmitted by a sliding contact. External guide rail has the capability to activate the mold carriers.
