Digital display torque wrench - DTS Wrench

The DTS Wrench is easy to utilize, position of load insensible, torque wrench with an incorporated digital exhibit. It displays dual dimension methods for displaying either peak or real time torque.
Upper and Lower Limits can be set in peak mode allowing an audible signal and an LED to point to HI, OK or LO fastener position.
For traceability up to 100 date and time stamped readings are amassed and can be downloaded to a printer or a PC for archiving or further processing of information.

Manual torque wrench - UTA/IS Wrenches

UTA and IS wrenches measure the torque applied directly to the fastener during the assembly operation or overcheck inspection and immediately communicates the data obtained to a suitable indicator for verification and subsequent data collection. Since the transducer element of the wrench is directly in line with the drive, wrench measurement is completely independent of the point of load. Even in limited access situations, the operator is assured of correct measurement of the torque applied irrespective of the way the wrench is held.

UTA wrenches are a key part of the Crane UTA torque system and enables Plug and Play operation with Crane readout devices. The intelligent device in the UTA wrench helps the Crane readout device to recognize it automatically and this eliminates setting up errors and enables logging of serial number against measurements for complete traceability. Another Industry Standard (IS) version without Auto ID is also available where the user is already equipped with a readout device from another manufacturer and needs the feature the crane wrench.
