Bearing fitting tool kits developed by SKF are highly durable, portable and very useful especially for general maintenance of machinery. This kit is comprised of 36 impact rings, 3 impact sleeves and a dead-blow hammer housed in a lightweight carrying case. It allows the easy fitting of bearings without risking bearing damage.

The impact rings caters to almost 400 different bearings with varying sizes. These tools are highly resistant to impact providing long service life. The hammer head is made from nylon integrated with a rubber hand-grip that delivers excellent grip and optimum performance while preventing damages on the components.

Fitting tool bearing - TMMK 10-35

The Combi Kit by SKF is specifically designed for fast and easy mounting and dismounting function which offers high quality features including bore diameters from 10 to 35 mAll m. It is also used for housings and blind housings of the same range. A multipurpose tool for fitting is used for mounting which is an ideal tool device for bushings, seal rings, belt pulleys, mounting bearings and other products related. The Combi Kit has 3 unique armed pullers specifically for dismounting purposes of the deep groove ball bearings. Easy detachment of bearings becomes possible and easy through dismounting the deep groove ball bearings from housings with a puller incorporated in it. The Combi Kit parts are assembled in a good quality casing for easy and quick identification of the product.

Fitting tool bearing - ø 10 - 50 mm

This range of mounting tool sets are ideal for the seamless mounting of rolling bearings up to 50 mm bore. Adding to this, they can be utilized for the mounting of intermediate rings, sleeves, seals and related components. Each set of mounting tools is comprises of mounting rings crafted from plastic and mounting sleeves made from aluminum. One of the common errors seen during the mounting process is the transfer of the mounting forces via the rolling elements and raceways.

This error can be prevented by simply bolstering the interior ring onto the shaft or driving the exterior ring into the casing with the help of hammer blows to a befitted mounting sleeve. The thoughtfully matched precision parts guarantee that the forces are smoothly transferred tot he side areas of the bearing rings. These mounting tools can also be ordered as individual parts.
