Mobile sand-blasting machine - max. 200 l | TZP series
The TZP series incorporates ingeniously designed pressure blast machines, that are geared to deliver superlative performances in cleaning and blasting contamination, mill scale, corrosive and other coatings off most surfaces. By sandblasting the surfaces, the machines remove these unwanted surface coatings and prepare the surface to accept different coatings. The machines are exceedingly versatile and portable. They are extremely handy in producing a smooth and even-textured surface profile to enable enhanced bonding of diverse coatings with the surface. They can be used with various blast materials such as corundum, glass beads, organic media, copper slag, mineral-based materials, specialized plastic abrasives, steel shots and other abrasive blasting materials.
The machines can be used for in situ blasting or for surface-blasting in enclosed, blast areas. A pressure control device allows blasting at low pressures for the cleaning of graffiti etc. off facades, using dry or wet blasting. The machines are supplied completely factory-assembled and ready to go.
Blasting is accomplished with the aid of filtered, dry compressed air which produces the required blasting pressure, not provided with the machines. The abrasive blasting materials, especially formulated for use with such machines also need to be acquired separately.
