Belt sand-blasting machine - NTOG
The NTOG Series, manufactured by Turbotecnica, is a series of tunnel-type continuous shot-blasting machine generally equipped with a specialized wear-resistant rubber belt conveyor. This machine’s layout primarily comprises of a tunnel with a middle section blasting room. In addition, it also has 2 / 4 or more turbines which are mounted above the belt conveyor. These turbines are also positioned in a specific way as to guarantee the full covering of both top and side surfaces of the parts.Typically, this machine is less costly than the NTOR type since it features only half the number of turbines compared to the latter. In instances wherein the components have to be entirely shot-blasted, it is necessary to be loaded twice and upside-down. Additionally, the machine does not necessitate a pit, and is wholly supplied with a self-cleaning dry cartridge dust collector.
