The high-performance automatic spray gun A 10 essentially has two parts, the regulation unit and the liquid crown unit. By unscrewing just one screw, the standard hard-coated head section can be removed from the control section. 3/2-way valve activates the control system. When switching on, the compressed air-driven control piston first opens the spray air valve followed by the material nozzle of the gun in a short time. While switching off, the material nozzle is closed first and then the spray air valve. This control procedure ensures faster working and prevents material nozzle drip. It comes with a practical design which is extremely repair friendly. It facilitates low maintenance and cleaning. Because of the compact design and the low weight, it can be used under the most unfavorable mounting conditions (e.g. in spraying machines and spraying robots).

Both the material nozzles and the material needles are made of high-grade stainless steel as a standard. The material need comes with a cylindrical pin located at the front of the sealing cone.
