Wittmann Battenfeld W8XH is a special robot model for quickest horizontal removal.
A SCARA-type rotational movement drives the horizontal side entry axis. The gripper allows a quick, servo driven, linear in/out movement due to the synchronization of the gripper platen. The vertical axis and kick stroke are also driven by servo motor.
W8XH provides high speed operation with excellent stability and minimal vibration. Also, it provides floor space savings besides the molding machine. Also available is a horizontal stroke of maximum 900 mm or maximum 1,200 mm.
