Palletizing gripper - P9
This Gerbo Cermex's Palletizer is a compactly constructed product that contains 4 axes and conveyor that is inclined in order for the products to be set from the datum guide to ensure proper gripping. The length of the conveyor between the case packer and palletizer is reduced by uniting them straightly to the palletizer. Meanwhile, there is no case conveyor guide to develop the access of operator and to rapid up the size changeovers.
This product is servo-driven enabling the smooth movements rapidly. Its loading capacity is up to 45kg with tooling and its speed is up to 13 cycles per minute depending on the pallet patterns. Moreover, the case size ranges and the product can be availed by request.
