Motoman Robotics' HP20D Robot Series provide reliable and efficient multi-functional operations relating to press and machine tending, handling, dispensing, welding, packaging, and material extraction. Each model exhibits its own distinctive features. The hextuple-axis HP20D presents a 67.6-inch horizontal extension range, a 120.6-inch vertical extension range, and a 44.1-pound load bearing capacity, while the HP20D-6 variation (complete with an elongated extension range for more extensive work envelopes) promotes a 75.4-inch horizontal extension range, a 136.2-inch vertical extension range, and a 13.2-pound load bearing capacity. Even the HP20RD model displays a unique design, as it is manufactured for injection molding and various correlated applications.

They operate with a 2 kg workload capacity at 500 mm distance, and 545 mm reach at 1 kg payload with 0.03 mm repeatability specification. These robots assume minimized floorspace of 92.5 mm. They are configurable in floor and ceiling mounting with L and U axis designs for their controls.
