Marchesini's Cody is a machine specifically used for printing vial codes on seals/cap and correcting it with the help of a camera. Its main specifications include the installation of the main vision and printing systems in the market and the vials are moved through the aid of a screw to its main starwheel. The vials are carried by the vacuum systems which permits the printing to always be in its exact position with greater accuracy. The Cody also has an automatic reject unit. It also has an automatic regulation of the printing head and camera which is directly from HIM. Its high speed runs up to 400 pieces/minute which has an effective output depending on the product and on the ability of the print and vision systems.

The rotary ampoule coding machine system is designed for high volume, automated and constant coding operations. Once ampoules undergo filling and sealing, the system applies machine-processable color codes onto the ampoules' stems. By doing so, the system can monitor the ampoules' contents in succeeding processes, from intermediate storage, to labelling, and finally to secondary packaging.
