Automatic flexographic trichromatic printing machine with central cylinder
and doctoring printing sections for prints application on adhesive tape. Besides
three printing sections this machine is equipped with two addition sections for
film priming before starting the printing process, it is made for better adhesion
of paint and film, and for covering with protection varnish after printing in order to reduce the effect of adhesive layer during usage of adhesive tape for the purpose it is made. The machine is
also equipped with a cutting system to cut the printed material before starting the rewinding process by means of the razor knifes. One of the main units of FGM - 04 is a unit of planetary-type printing section, consisting of the chrome-plated printing cylinder, three flexografic rolls (for type-plate gluing)
anilox rolls (for paint transferring to type-plate), trays for paint, supply unit. The supply unit is used for logotype printing on the polymer adhesive tape.
