The GN1914DM is a Dual Mold Thermoforming Machine that consists of multi-zone upper and lower ovens. It thermoforms components to 6 inches in depth in two negative molds, each with a forming area of 482 mm x 355 mm.

It uses in-mold trim to ensure production of all the similar components while maintaining the costs of tooling at a fraction of other in-mold cutting systems. The components are held by a robotic part handling system guaranteeing the stable and reliable transmission of stacked product.

It also features a built-in diagnostic system, rapid tool changes, positive and negative forming, a robotic product handling system and ovens that have an infrared heating system.
