The AM250 has an external powder hopper with valve interlocks to enable integrating components when in operation. The hopper can be removed easily for maintenance or to change with a secondary hopper utilizing a universal lift. The 5/01 PLC is developed by Renishaw as their smallest PLC vacuum casting machine. It features a small body, with dimensions of 1175 x 900 x 594 mm (H x W x D). It has a 0.8 L casting capacity and it runs on 230 V/50 Hz power supply. It utilizes a Vario Vac differential chamber pressure-suitable for soft-feel materials. PLC control and automation guarantees consistent casting. It's able to perform casting of all Renishaw PU resins and also highly viscous materials utilizing its Vario Vac Technology.

The twin robot feature of the machine permits the increase of casting capacity and this system can be configured to a syncro or independent mode as required. Furthermore, it is equipped with an extension chamber to handle projects that fall outside the capacity of the standard machine.

This machine from Renishaw consists of a PLC control and an automation mechanism that guarantees a consistent casting and a heated cup which is applicable for casting quality wax masters as well as low melt alloy.

Following on from the 5/01 PLC, Renishaw produces three large footprint vacuum casting machines aimed at industrial users. The differentiating factor is the capacity to accommodate a range of larger sized moulds.

All feature casting capacities of up to 5.5 litres (with twin robot mixing) and benefit from the Renishaw Nylon Plus casting module, Vario Vac differential pressure casting and the option of the heated cup module.
