Manufactured by Parimix, this screw mixer otherwise known as a conical discontinuous mixer is specially designed for efficiently blending powdery and granular products in a short amount of time in various proportions. This mixer also accommodates products that possess low volumes of liquids. When the mixer is loaded, its motor whirls the substances and creates an inner recycling vortex phenomenom. A hatch valve that is located at the foot of the cone is opened thus emptying the mixer. With unfavorable flowing substances, the mixing motor functions as a de-vaulting equipment.

The wide range of Parimis IMR is a continuous mixer, that requires an exclusive principle of central injection for dry and liquid products into the mixing chamber. The principle ensures a perfect control over the point where the product is able to meet and thus produce a unique distribution quality. Because of this principle, the volume of the mixing chamber is quite low, whatever the flow. This results in reduced consumption of power and a minimum space requirement for these mixers when compared to the standard industrial units. These materials are used for the manufacturing of these mixers and are selected according to the product that are mixed such as abrasive, corrosive, fragile, plugged etc. The Parimic features a wide cross section of robust and compact mixers for the flow ranges which starts from 50 kg/h to 30 t/h.

Dosymix ™ uses the operating principle of simultaneous forward and counter-current mixing, and is available in 5 models of different average capacities. This entire range have average product mixing rates from 200l/h to 8 000 l/h. The equipment dose not alter the ingredients or texture of the product while producing a homogeneous mixture. So use of expensive additives to reconstitute the texture is not required. It is ideal for fragile products like fruits as the mixing process is by progressive contact rather than by shearing. The low mixing volume is suitable for just in time mixing for products that require an optimized time of mixing. It also reduces loss of product when instant recipe is implemented during or at the end of the production line.
