The good thermal conduction and the low thermal mas of the ceramic material enable extremely fast heating rates, equal temperature distribution, and high control accuracy.

This apparatus comes with a high-strength hot-pressed silicon nitride component that ensures stress resistance and excellent wear resistance at short processing times. Areas of application for this device include heat sealing, hot glueing, drying, metering and hot blade, welding of foils, thermoforming, deep drawing, and stamping.

It is possible to grind a cutting edge and directly heat the blade for cutting purposes.
