Watrod and Firebar circulation heaters are ideal for simple installation of electric heating systems and their installation requires minimal investments in time and labor. This feature is achieved through the modular combination of vessels, thermal enclosures, insulation, heating elements, outlet and inlet components, and mounting brackets into a single machine.
These systems are made out of the NPT screw plug in one option, a ANSI flange heater assemblies in the other option, and a tank. This setup allows them to heat pressurized air, various gases, and liquids. Both in in-line and side arm setups direct the heating agent to the Firebar or Watrod heating elements, and that provides a responsive and even distribution of heat.

Electrical cabinet resistance heater - 260 °C

For protection of condensation and freezing, heaters from Watlow's are rugged, safe, and reliable for operation. These heaters are in a rectangular in shape and they are in silicone rubber in wire-wound to enclosed heaters. They can be ordered by themselves with either vulcanized or adhesives for aluminum mounting plates. Thermostats are attached or separately mounted.
